Reiki is a gentle yet deeply effective practice that works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It activates your body’s natural healing intelligence, releases what no longer serves, and restores balance.
Universal energy flows through the chakras, influencing vitality, emotions, and clarity. When this flow is disrupted, it can manifest as tension or imbalance. Supporting your subtle body, intentions, and choices helps maintain harmony, wellbeing, and energy flow.

A 20-minute conversation to set intentions, assess your energy, and check your chakra alignment

A 40-minute session including Reiki, chakra balancing, aura work, and support for emotional release if needed. Hands-on and hands-off techniques are used depending on the energy flow, your preference, and the focus of the session

Before Your Session
Please arrive on time for your session. Hands-on techniques are only applied with your consent. To support the depth and effectiveness of the session, I recommend avoiding alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand. This allows your body and energy field to remain more receptive, balanced, and able to integrate the experience fully. Before coming, you may wish to spend a few minutes centring yourself through slow breathing, reflection, or setting a personal intention.
